Conversions are measured, not hoped
A conversion is only correct if the books balance on both sides. That is why we access the data directly instead of pushing it through export tools that skip whole areas of the file -- and why the last step of every job belongs to you.
Verification totals: how you know the conversion is right
With every delivery we send verification totals from the converted file. You run the same reports on your source data and compare. Delivery is final only when you confirm the totals match.

Do you need Enterprise at all?
Most companies never touch the limits
QuickBooks Pro and Premier hold up to 14,500 items, customers, or vendors per list. If your lists sit below that ceiling, Pro or Premier can run the same books at a far lower license cost -- and your Enterprise file can be converted down without losing lists, transactions, or payroll data.
To check your own totals, open QuickBooks and press F2. The Product
Information window shows your list sizes and file size. If you outgrow Pro or
Premier later, the file can simply be opened in Enterprise again.
